GENERAL INFORMATION
ELECTRICAL ACCESS
If you do not have power available at the build site we can use a generator. This requires extra effort on our part to bring the generator and replenish the fuel. We also have to limit our wattage and communication is more difficult with the noise. We don't mind using a generator however we must charge accordingly. The generator fee is $575
CLEARANCE
Please allow a minimum of 3' of clearance around all sides of the building. This is very important for safety and can slow the building process down if we are walking on foliage / stumps / etc. Allow ample clearance from tree limbs / power lines. Small stumps (AKA knee / ankle twisters) are especially important to remove completely. No project is worth serious bodily injury. If you do not provide a safe working environment we will have to create one. We will charge $50 per stump removal if we find any. Large stumps (above 4") diameter will incur an additional charge of $50 per inch. We do not want to charge our customers extra....ever. This is a very serious issue and one I will absolitely charge for!!.

LEVELING
If there is more than an 18" grade from one side of the building to another we suggest that you have the ground leveled prior to construction. We can use blocking pads to level more than 18" at an additional charge of $150 / inch over 18"
SERVICE AREA
On site construction is included in the price for locations within 200 road miles of Frisco, TX. 75034. No worries if you are outside the 200 mile free delivery range, It's only an additional $2.50 per road mile (one way) I.E. 300 total road miles would only be $250 more.
LOCATION ACCESS
We will need to have clear access to bring a large delivery truck in to drop the materials within 30' of the building location. If this is not possible we will have to arrange for a third party to transport the materials from the closest point that the delivery truck can drop the materials to a staging area within 30' of the build site. This can be arranged / paid for by you or we can assist you in finding a solution. It is very important to have the materials within 30' of the building location.
PAYMENT / TERMS
Terms are 50% deposit / 10% after day 1 of construction / 40% upon completion.
